This year, King Jewelers is a proud sponsor of Nashville’s annual Ballet Ball. Saturday, March 7th, at Nashville’s Schermerhorn Symphony Center, patrons of the arts can enjoy cocktails, dinner, dancing, and a featured performance by the Nashville Ballet.
From the Nashville Ballet:
“Nashville Ballet, the largest professional ballet company in Tennessee, has been presenting classical ballet and the art of dance to Nashville and its surrounding counties for almost 30 years. Each season, Nashville Ballet presents a varied repertoire of classical ballet and contemporary works by noted choreographers, including original works by Nashville Ballet Artistic Director & CEO Paul Vasterling. Along with NB2, our pre-professional training company, Nashville Ballet serves nearly 60,000 adults and children annually through performances and our Outreach & Education programming. These curriculum-based outreach programs bring dance education to community centers, colleges, public libraries and public elementary, middle and high schools across the state. School of Nashville Ballet reaches more than 1,000 students annually, providing elite instruction in dance to dancers of all ages.”
King Jewelers is thrilled to support the arts, and to be partnered with a company so focused on providing opportunities to underprivileged youths. The Nashville Ballet annually offers more than 200 free or low-cost performances throughout Tennessee in order to share the beauty of dance with those who may otherwise never see it. The company also provides multiple scholarships to underprivileged students with a passion for dance.
