SIHH Hublot Timepiece Releases 2019

Last week, we recapped the SIHH convention and broke down some of the most noteworthy timepiece releases of the year. This week, King Jewelers wanted to give a little much-needed attention to Hublot. They have released a series of novelty watches utilizing bold color and high-precision. Its no surprise that King Jewelers is a proud retailer of this remarkable brand and we’re excited to take a closer look at some of these limited edition pieces.

Big Bang Unico Blue Magic

First off, Hublot released this cobalt blue Big Bang Unico self-winding chronograph watch. This timepiece features a high-polished blue ceramic case and matching bezel. Little black screws decorate the bezel, bestowing it with an industrial aesthetic. To illustrate, a date window appears at three o’clock within the minutes subdial. Opposite of that, the seconds’ indicator at nine o’clock. As a limited edition of only 500 models, this chronograph showcases the HUB1242 movement with a 72-hour power reserve. Not to mention, this 45mm skeleton-dial masterpiece rests on a black and blue lined rubber strap, leading to a black deployant buckle clasp.

Spirit of Big Bang Yellow Sapphire Chronograph

Next, we have the Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Yellow Sapphire chronograph, revealing a rectangular dial, measuring 42mm. Polished yellow sapphire crystal makes up the 42mm case and bezel of this watch, bestowing it with retro transparency. Additionally, the bezel houses six H-shaped screws, giving this timepiece a more rugged look. Therefore, a matte black skeleton dial reveals bright yellow accents for easy readability. Three subdials rest at three o’clock, six o’clock, and nine o’clock with a date window between four and five o’clock. Featuring the HUB4700 self-winding chronograph movement, this watch lays on a transparent yellow rubber strap.

Classic Fusion Tourbillon Power Reserve 5 Days Orlinski Sapphire

Finally, let’s check out the Hublot Classic Fusion Tourbillon Power Reserve 5 Days Orlinski Sapphire timepiece. This transparent, ice-like watch reveals 115-hour power reserve within its HUB6021 movement. Manufacture manual-winding and skeleton tourbillon complications align perfectly with the abstract appearance of this masterpiece. Furthermore, polished sapphire crystal, faceted by Richard Orlinski, makes up the transparent case and bezel. On a clear rubber strap, the dial of this watch presents sleek lines and sharp hands to create a contemporary look with a futuristic feel. Hence why this Classic Fusion model is limited to only 30 pieces.
