King Jewelers Fights Against Heart Disease and Stroke

The American Heart Association hosted its Annual Middle Tennessee Heart Gala at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center on January 26, 2019. King Jewelers is proud to support such a reputable cause over the past twelve years. This organization has dedicated its efforts to educating people to help change health outcomes, relating to heart disease and stroke. Nashville comes together once a year to build and maintain a foundation of health among our community. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to live a long, healthy life.

About the American Heart Association

For almost 100 years the American Heart Association has been fighting against heart disease and stroke in an effort to improve lives everywhere. Founded by six cardiologists, the AHA has become the nation’s largest voluntary organization to fight passionately against heart disease and stroke. With over 33 million volunteers and supporters, the AHA also employs 3,400 people. In addition, heart disease has been recorded as the number one killer in the world. However, strokes come in second place, globally. Although these conditions don’t kill every person they encounter, they do severely diminish the quality of life for so many. Therefore, the ultimate goal of the American Heart Association is to see a world free from cardiovascular disease and stroke.

King Jewelers and the Middle Tennessee Heart Gala

This year, King Jewelers showed its support by donating a stunning Chopard Happy Hearts pendant necklace to the Heart Gala’s silent auction. The Happy Hearts collection encompasses the heart as a symbolic motif for love and happiness. Crafted from 18K rose gold, this necklace radiates playful creativity. Showcasing natural mother-of-pearl in the shape on of a sophisticated heart, this pendant dangles from a smaller heart, featuring one of Chopard’s iconic moving diamonds. As a perfect addition to the Heart Gala’s silent auction, this masterpiece also serves as a sparkling celebration of love.
